Terms of Coaching

The coaching programs are created and sold as whole package and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled for the ongoing batch for a number of sessions or have unattended sessions as you quit in between the course does not make you eligible for the refund, credit or transfer.

Payment Plans

Any scheduled coaching session(s) will be cancelled if the payment is not made in advance. If the students fail to make the payment in two (2) business working days, it could result in terminating the registration for the program and the cancellation Policy will apply. Credit Card or Debit Cards payments are avoided, if you still prefer paying through that so, you need to pay an extra amount on it depending on the charges applied by banks. During the payment, you should always ask for a receipt from our account department.

Extra timings or sessions

All the students should stay in the class and lab in their respective batch timings only. Students will not be allowed to stay back after their batch timings. Nevertheless, they can have extra practice only during IST 02:00 to 04:00 PM which is free of cost. We do have other timings for practicing that comes with a minimal cost.

Tasking & date booking

Every student is required to complete all the tasks given by the coach to get their desired results and booking the date for the PTE exam should be done only after consulting your respective coach.

Coaching Calls

Telephone calls with your coach during your membership is not allowed. If you wish, you can directly talk with your coach in person at the premises. No personal numbers are supposed to be exchanged, or in any case always put the management in a loop. If you want to personally discuss with a trainer, you may have to take an appointment requesting the organization.

Punctuality

We believe in discipline and we make sure that everyone respects the time. We don’t entertain the late comers. In genuine cases we do allow people, if they inform us in advance for any kind of emergency. If you are regularly absent for several days, your registration with our organization is liable to get cancelled.

No Shows / Absentism

The first week of the coaching is mandatory to attend. If, due to any circumstances, client is not turning up for the sessions or programs, no extra sessions will be conducted for them and no refunds or transfer will be made if we are not informed well in advance. Not more than two leaves will be entertained by any faculty, you are highly responsible to inform them about your absence.

Notice of cancellation

All notices of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail to branch office. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by Aussizz Group. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows. Refunds are possible in genuine reasons; the decisions are being taken by the management.

Suspending Membership

Is not possible once you have begun with the program. Aussizz has all rights to cancel your registration or membership if you are found violating any of its policies.

Program Changes

The coach reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any program due to unavoidable reasons. However, such changes will be made in with an agreement with the client. However, we will try our level best so that your coaching remains unaffected.

Agreement Section

By entering into the coaching agreement either through signing it with Aussizz Group or by paying any amount to Aussizz Group, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned above.
